WhatsApp broadcasts on the official Meta API.
Reach your whole customer base in the app they already check.
Approved templates, segments from your own customer data, and Meta's per-message rate with nothing added on top. Every reply comes back to your shared inbox as a real conversation.
What every broadcast runs on
- The official WhatsApp Business API, no unofficial tools
- Templates approved by Meta, synced from WhatsApp Manager
- Segments from your tags, fields and imports
- The full cost shown before anything sends
- Replies land in your shared inbox

Campaigns that keep your number safe
Your number, protected
Sent through Meta's own platform, not a workaround that puts your number at risk.
Approved templates
Marketing messages use templates Meta has approved, synced from WhatsApp Manager.
The right people
VIPs, last month's buyers, one city. Segments come from your own customer data.
Replies become chats
Every answer lands in the shared inbox, so a campaign starts real conversations.
Marketing broadcasts to your customer base
Pick who should hear it — VIPs, everyone who bought last month, one city — and send them a single WhatsApp message. A promotion, a launch, an invitation to join your next campaign. Replies come straight back into the shared inbox as normal conversations, so a broadcast starts real chats instead of ending in a void.

The honest FAQ
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API? It sounds intimidating.
You need it. You don't need to understand it.
We set it up with you on a call. Once Meta has verified your business, most teams are sending and receiving the same day. If you can connect a printer, you're overqualified.
What does WhatsApp charge?
Meta charges a small per-message fee, and the rate varies by country and message type.
From 1 October 2026 that includes replies to customers who message you, after the first 1,000 replies per number each month. Our flows and AI drafts are built to resolve in as few messages as possible, so that bill stays small.
Marketing campaigns to a large list are the one place this adds up, and we'll show you the cost before you send. We pass Meta's fees through at cost, with no markup, and break them out on your invoice.
Meta charges fees for broadcasting on WhatsApp — what's your markup?
We don't have one. Zero markup, on broadcasts and on everything else.
You broadcast to your customer base paying nothing but Meta's official per-message rate, at cost, itemised on your invoice. We show you the full cost before a single message goes out, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Do my customers need to opt in?
Yes. WhatsApp only allows marketing messages to people who have agreed to hear from you. Import contacts who opted in, and leave anyone who asks to stop out of your next segment.
How many people can I message at once?
Meta starts every new number on a daily limit of unique customers it can message, then raises that limit as the number sends campaigns people don't block or report. We'll show you where your number stands during onboarding.
See it working, live.
30 minutes. We'll show you the inbox live, build a flow for your use case, and answer everything. No deck, no “discovery call”.
