Who builds CustomerX
CustomerX is WhatsApp customer support software built by a small team that needed it first. We ran WhatsApp support for our own businesses — one shared phone, agents translating in a second tab, the same fifty questions every week — and built the inbox we wished we had. It is now the product.

Saleh built and operated customer-facing businesses before CustomerX, and runs the product, onboarding, and every early customer's setup personally. If you book a demo, it is Saleh who picks up.
How we work
- Official WhatsApp Business Platform. CustomerX runs on Meta's Cloud API as a Meta Tech Provider. Your number stays registered to your business, never to us.
- A human sends every free-text reply. AI drafts, translates, and summarises; it never messages a customer outside a flow you designed yourself.
- Meta fees at cost. Per-message charges are passed through with zero markup and shown separately on your invoice.
- Live customer support teams today in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Europe, hosted in the EU (Amsterdam) or US (California) region you choose at onboarding.
