Who builds CustomerX
CustomerX is WhatsApp customer support software built by a small team that needed it first. We ran WhatsApp support for our own businesses — one shared phone, agents translating in a second tab, the same fifty questions every week — and built the inbox we wished we had. It is now the product.

Saleh built and operated customer-facing businesses before CustomerX, and runs the product, onboarding, and every early customer's setup personally. If you book a demo, it is Saleh who picks up.
How we work
- Official WhatsApp Business Platform. CustomerX runs on Meta's Cloud API as a Meta Tech Provider. Your number stays registered to your business, never to us.
- You choose how much the AI does. In review mode, AI drafts and an agent sends every free-text reply. In autopilot mode, AI answers customers itself from your knowledge base and hands off to a person when it can't help.
- Meta fees at cost. Per-message charges are passed through with zero markup and shown separately on your invoice.
- Live today. Customer support teams in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Europe run on CustomerX, hosted in the EU (Amsterdam) or US (California) region they chose at onboarding.
